Loopmate — Privacy Policy

Loopmate is a goal-tracking app. This policy explains what data it collects, how it's used, and your choices. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (for sign-in) and the username / display name you choose.
• Your content: the goals, tasks, plans, check-ins, streaks, and any invites you create in the app.
• Product analytics: a small set of in-app events tied to your account (e.g. category chosen, template started, goal created, check-in) so we can understand how the app is used and improve it. No advertising or third-party tracking.
• Error reports: crash and error diagnostics (including your account id, never your password) to help us fix bugs.

How we use it

To run the app for you (sign you in, store and sync your goals across devices, show your group's leaderboard and activity), to fix problems, and to decide what to build next. That's it.

Who processes it

• Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and content).
• Sentry — error reporting.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

Sharing

Your goals are private by default. Content becomes visible to others only when you explicitly invite someone to a goal or make a goal public. We don't share your data with anyone outside the processors listed above.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app via You → Delete account, or on the web at loopedin26.vercel.app/delete-account.html. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also email support@loopmate.io and we'll remove it for you.
